Anne Vyalitsyna is a freckled Russian supermodel who became a professional of the highest class in her field. Today thousands of Russian girls would dream to be like her.

Anne Vyalitsyna, also known as Anne V, was born in the city of Gorky, now Nizhny Novgorod, on March 19, 1986.  Currently she is 26 years old.

Anne began her career in modeling at the age of 15 – she was noticed by the IMG agents in the search of new faces for MTV’s Fashionably Loud Europe.  Anne was cast and started a contract with IMG Paris, and later with IMG New York.

Anne Vyalitsyna modeled for Christian Lacroix, Carolina Herrera, Dolce & Gabbana, Emanuel Ungaro, Fendi, Givenchy, Gucci, Helmut Lang, Hussein Chalayan, Issey Miyake, Julien McDonald, Oscar de la Renta, Prada, Ralph Lauren, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykiel and Versace, Alberta Ferretti, Alexander McQueen, Anne Sui, Calvin Klein, Marc Jacobs, Max Mara, Moschino, Narciso Rodriguez and Louis Vuitton.

Anne Vyalitsyna was captured on the covers of the famous glossy magazines: Vogue, ELLE, Glamour.  She is nicknamed GlossAnna in the so-called group of three V’s.

The group of three V’s is from the initial letters of the names of the most successful and popular Russian top models in the early 2000s: Natalia Vodianova, Anne Vyalitsyna and Eugenia Volodina.  Vodianova – Volodin- Vyalitsyna achieved a level of professional recognition up to a point of disbelief.

These three women were referred to as “second wave” of Russian models.  First wave were models from big cities like Moscow and St. Petersburg.  These three, however, were from small cities in the suburbs.

Their success was achieved without any discounts on the country of origin, place of birth or a difficult childhood.  It became clear that the interest in these models is not a result of the exotic craze for women of Russian nationality.

It is difficult to find a more desirable and sexy woman in the world.  In an interview with Australian newspaper “The Age”, Anne Vyalitsyna said: “I wanted to be a model since childhood, since I was playing with my Barbie dolls.”

However, there is a contradiction.  No one realizes how far this dolled up image is from Anne’s favorite style.  This 26-year-old model prefers jeans, men’s shirts and sweaters. Would have her will, she would generally dressed as a tomboy.

Through her love for the cinema, she met the actor Leonardo Di Caprio.  They spent a few hot days in Ibiza in August 2009.  But despite of the stories, these rumors of romance between them are not confirmed.

However, Anne had a romantic relationship with the group’s lead singer Adam Levine of Maroon 5, but in April 2012, after a two-year relationship, the couple broke up.

Also, according to U.S. tabloid, this top model was fascinated by the famous actor, star of the TV series “True Blood”, Alexander Skarsgard.

Anna Vyalitsyna is partying with Carmen Electra at the Hustler Club in sparkly pantyhose.

There are reports that the Russian model Anne Vyalitsyna, Victoria’s Secret Angel, will play a role in the sequel to “Die Hard”.

The fifth part of the “Die Hard”, tentatively called “A Good Day to Die Hard” is due to come out in theatres in February 2013.

Anne Vyalitsyna was one of the determined beauties who raised the rating of Russian models to an incredible height.  Her, agent Duncan Ord, once said, “Russian have this work ethic, which is not found in any other nationality”.

She is glamorous in her photos, but in her spare time she prefers to be a total tomboy. Is that a contradiction?
