Trying on 5 Den Ultra Sheer Pantyhose

How sheer can I go?  5 Den is probably the minimum denier I’ve reached!

A while back I tried 5 den pantyhose by Levante.  They were run-resistant and very durable.  I wore them for a long time without any damage forming. However the fabric wasn’t exceptionally stretchy, perhaps average elasticity. This could be because of the low lycra content.

Now, I just discovered a whole new different 5 den hose!  A fan sent me a present that included a pair of Pretty Polly 5 den pantyhose.  Yesterday I couldn’t wait and tried it before going to sleep.  Oh, those were surprisingly stretchy, probably the stretchiest pair I encountered.

  1. Wow, 5 den, that’s awesome! It would be nice to see a picture or even a video of you wearing the 5 den pantyhose.
Thanks for sharing your sheer thoughts with us on your great website.

    • Skin tone colour, as it says “sun kissed”.
Yes, it felt like my legs are wrapped in something, but the feeling was not tight. Usually pantyhose feels a little bit compressive.

  2. Interesting! The sheerest I’ve worn was 8 denier (as far as I remember) from Levante. Unfortunetaly, they lasted for one single day, so I’m not pleased with that quality. I will see if I find something lower than 10 denier to test this summer.

  3. Depends on pantyhose and the occasion. I think that they should be only thing between clothes and the skin specialy if it’s a 20 DEN or thinner. I usually wear just them under my pants (and a pair of socks).
