In a Nylon Journal magazine there was a fun model of tights published with a subway line form Manhattan printed on it. It somehow reminds me of a song by Shane Yellowbird about his pick up truck where he says “I need a map ’cause I’m lost in your eyes” as his pick up line.
Could it be inspired by someone who got lost in the abyss of New York Metro? I can totally agree if that’s the case, Manhattan metro system could probably easily rank as one of the most sophisticated in the world.
This is a funny video of young guys doing a background dance for the main artist in sheer white pantyhose. As you see, it’s supposed to be humorous. Perhaps they were trying to warm up the audience this way, dancing in pantyhose like this.
In this case there is a competition for women to put on pantyhose on their men. Who will do it better? After the pantyhose is on, men are instructed to dance Swan Lake ballet in such an outfit.
Why don’t I end up at such competitions? I would dress up my man in seconds! What do you think about this dancing in pantyhose?

Is there such thing as too bright or too much when it comes to hosiery? Below are some designs by Zohara tights, Israeli brand (even though most likely not made there).
I personally find this a bit of an overkill. The fact that the model looks pissed off also puts me off. What do you think?

I saw these curious designs on pantyhose and I just had to share it with you! I found it on a forum, so I am really not sure where they are from. But isn’t this a great way to celebrate both weather and hosiery?
For those of you who may know me a little better, you may remember that I did some modeling when I was younger in Toronto. It’s been a while, maybe at least 3 years since then.
I must admit that I miss doing it. It was great to channel my energy towards creating new concepts, looks, and coming up with some modern non-trivial poses. A lot of times besides modeling I had to do styling as well, since it was a rare occasion to have a wardrobe stylist on set.
I got a few interesting accessories and decided to put together a stylish photoshoot to remember the old times. I wore 40 denier shiny white pantyhose (actually those are Raula by Fiore) and a pink sparkly dress to create a certain fantasy look. It was a lot of fun! Even simple accessories can add a lot of attitude and style to a simpl
e look.
The feather whip that I used in this photoshoot was a gift from a novelty store that I frequently visit called Books Unlimited on Granville Street in Vancouver. I was so surprised with that gift that I came home and figured that I’ll do something to show it off.
This photoshoot was a perfect opportunity to try out this feather tickler. This pink dress I found for $17 at a second hand store also on Granville. The hat was bought from e-bay from a Hong-Kong supplier for just a couple of dollars. White pantyhose were by Fiore, that shiny type is called Raula.
Of course, I must admit this photoshoot didn’t go perfect. As soon as we began, I got a call from my friend that she’s coming over. I had to stop in the middle of the shoot, put a long mohair sweater over this dress, and then an hour later get back to work. In the process my body paint that I did on my arm with pink paint and sparkles of course came off – that’s why you can’t spot it here.
It feels good to keep up the old hobbies once in a while. Did you have any hobbies or interests in the pass that you miss having today? It’s never too late to start again.

Well, well, I didn’t expect to see that. I went to a club to watch international DJ competition and I spotted this woman dressed in a vintage apple-print dress and white pantyhose.
She was also wearing glasses and her dancing very well matched her appearance. I was surprised with what she was wearing, so I figured I’ll take a photo for you.
On one hand I am amused, but on the other hand I can say that I have respect for this woman. Her style is very different from the crowd, but she seemed to be quite confident about it. Of course, I was wearing pantyhose too, but mine were dark grey and they blended well with my outfit.
Besides that young woman I don’t remember spotting any other person in pantyhose that tight.

I went to a fashion event and they had an amazing dancer in white pantyhose. His dance moves were outstanding and I came at the end of the show to thank him. Of course, as you notice, he doesn’t mind wearing tights and he says that he buys a lot of it for dancing.
I have nothing against men wearing tights as you may know from my bio section. I enjoyed watching this dancer in white tights perform his ballet moves. Somehow before it never occurred to me that mantyhose can be sexy.
As I learned later on, there are a lot of men out there who are not even dancers and enjoy to wear hosiery because of the feeling. Beautiful dancer in these white tights made my heart race that cold Vancouver evening.
