I wanted to share a story about how wearing pantyhose under pants actually saved me from an uncomfortable situation.
Last week I went to a spa in Banff, a city in the Rocky Mountains. I wore a pair of my beige backseam pantyhose underneath for warmth. At some point I was even wondering if I should or not, but I did it anyway and put a pair of thick warm socks over it.
When I got to the spa, I realized that my zipper got jammed and I had a few men and women take turns trying to open it without success. At that point when I managed to pull out my foot, I could only put it back inside without a sock.
If I wouldn’t have pantyhose underneath, I’d have to go home with bare feet in these boots and the thought of that makes me cringe. Wearing pantyhose that day saved me from having to run out without a sock in winter.
I thought about the zipper in the pants firstly and thought that you have gone mad to let a few men and women try to open the zipper. Then I relized that it was the zipper in your boots.
It is always good to wear pantyhoses. I can’t imagine a life without pantyhoses. That is why I wear pantyhoses 24/7.

I had to toss those boots out though afterwards. They were old.
Love the real life story!! I myself never leave home without a pair on underneath my jeans and pants, but usually tend to wear them with shorts most of the year as I wear warm opaques!

It’s a good idea to have a back up.
It is so easy and convenient to have an extra pair of pantyhoses in the hand bag. I might start with that after this.
especially if you are in a place where temperatures may change suddenly, I think it’s an awesome idea to have a thicker or a lighter pair handy in case you need to change.
